Alan's passion for homes began long before his real estate career. At just eight years old, he was already sending his father Realtor.com listings and encouraging his family to consider homes he believed had potential. What began as childhood curiosity evolved into a lifelong obsession with architecture, interiors, neighborhoods, and the emotional experience of home.

Alan joined the real estate market in 2017 and has since gained experience across more than $400 million in sales volume while working with land, pre-construction, fixers, development opportunities, re-sales, condominiums, and luxury homes. Along the way, he built extensive relationships, elevated digital marketing visibility, expanded client-service systems, and helped distinctive San Francisco properties move through the market with care.

Through that experience, Alan gained deep exposure to luxury homes, condominiums, new construction, development sales, design-driven property preparation, and high-touch client representation.
